FLAT KNIT STOLL MACHINE
In 2022, we recently installed state-of-the-art machines that optimize our production of basic knit-and-wear garments and achieve the emerging complex requirements of today’s manufacturing practices.
This latest addition to our advanced equipment, which came from STOLL, a maker of highly sophisticated technology in the field of developing and manufacturing flat knitting machines, is a high-performance machine with an excellent price-performance ratio, all thanks to its three knitting systems and gauge range capability from E3,5.2 to E9.2.
It features friction feed wheels that ensure a reduced, constant thread tension; battery backup for correct continuation of the knitting process after power failure; a pelerine spring-transfer needle with spring-loaded tack with low needle wear and a high level of safety; power tension settings that enable different stitch lengths in a single knitting row, large needle bed racking with a racking device and programmable racking speed, and an Ethernet connection for fast data transmission and remote access.
It also includes a multi-touch panel that enables easy and direct pattern changes; a multi-flex fabric take-down with roller segments; USB ports for easy data transfer; a clamping and cutting device; flexible gauge conversion; and an auxiliary take-down that allows a better wide fixing effect on the knitting piece.
Aside from the many demanding features of this machine, the CMS 830 Ki Knit&Wear also includes set of parts for knitting devoré patterns, set of parts for knitting plush patterns, swivel mounted Intarsia yarn feeders, and automatic central lubrication that supplies the needle bed with necessary oil.
With all these key features, we can knit complex patterns quickly and highly productively with extremely short setup and adjustment times. It enables an optimal combination of "knit/transfer/knit" with structured, distributive and racking pattern, making this machine ideal for high-level, flexible production like creating a new knitted collection rooted in comfort and function.
